TOOLS FOR MEASURABLE CHANGE ON THE WATER- FRONT

Our DEI initiatives have been curated with care to reflect the immediate needs and goals of the waterfront’s diverse working population.

THE WATERFRONT DIVERSITY, EQUITY & INCLUSION AUDIT

The purpose of the audit tool is to identify areas of improvement and opportunity for individual employers and at an industry-wide level. By participating in the audit, employers will contribute to benchmark data and year over year progress data. This is achieved through a self-assessment of their DEI readiness level, a survey to engage employees, and analysis of employment equity data. Auditing the existing work environment allows for an accurate appraisal of DEI needs within the waterfront community. Through data collection, we ensure our initiatives and programs are aligned with the needs of our community and track measurable progress.
