Meet our Panelists: Emily Hannenberg

Emily Hannenberg

Emily Hannenberg is a leadership coach and facilitator. Throughout a decade of experience in the United States Army as an Engineer officer, Emily led soldiers at increasing levels of responsibility, in and out of combat, while coaching and empowering her diverse teams to solve complex problems. In her final duty assignment, she developed leadership programs for staff, faculty, and students at MIT, Harvard, Tufts, and Wellesley College. Following her military career, Emily was the Head of Strategy for The Leadership Consortium (TLC), where she helped to design and deliver high impact, inclusive programming and coaching for leaders at best-in-class organizations (e.g. Google, IBM, HubSpot).

As a coach and facilitator, Emily’s approach is one grounded in human connection, using curiosity and intention to help leaders tap into their full potential and cultivate meaningful change. She is committed to empowering individuals to thrive, both at work and in life, and brings that energy to every session she leads.

Emily is a Certified Integral Coach and is graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point and Harvard Business School.

Outside of work, Emily is an avid surfer and woodworker, and lives with her wife Rachel and their dog Marley near San Diego, CA.
